What exactly does EXOMIE do?

EXOMIE offers three ways to work with us: research services (RNA profiling, exosome loading, vesicle production and release testing), bulk supply of characterised exosomes for formulators and manufacturers, and finished products — Dermascience skincare and Exonira wound care — supplied under our name or yours.

What is an exosome?

Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles (typically 30–200 nm) that cells release to carry RNA, proteins, lipids and metabolites to other cells. Plant cells, stem cells and milk all produce them, which is why we can offer plant-derived, MSC-derived and specialty vesicles.

What do you supply in bulk?

48 catalogue items: 37 plant-derived exosomes, callus-derived (rose stem cell, with saffron and sandalwood upcoming), probiotic and yeast vesicles, bovine-milk exosomes, 4 MSC-derived exosomes (bone marrow, adipose, umbilical cord, dental tissue) and plant-derived PDRN. Standard stock concentration is at least 1 × 10⁹ EVs/mL, with a Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet.

Can you make a product under our brand?

Yes. Finished products can be supplied under the EXOMIE name or co-developed for your brand — from concept and actives through to packed, documented product.

Are exosome products approved as medicines?

Not generally. The US FDA states there are currently no FDA-approved exosome products and that exosomes used to treat disease are regulated as drugs or biologics. EXOMIE supplies research- and cosmetic-grade materials and products and makes no claim that an exosome product diagnoses, treats or cures disease.
